Policy

At Storehouse Rewards, we offer the highest quality products. We take great care when packaging and shipping your order to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. However, we realize there are occasional instances when an incorrect item has been shipped in error or an item was damaged during shipment. If this is your situation, we will gladly replace the item for you at no cost to you.

• Any incorrect shipment must be reported to return@storehouserewards.com within 3 days of receipt. You will receive a response with the Merchandise Return Process that will include the return postage information.

• Any damaged shipment must be reported to return@storehouserewards.com within 3 days of receipt and must include a picture of the damaged item.

• In all communication with return@storehouserewards.com, you will need to include Order Number (on your packing slip), description of the problem, contact name and phone number.
